Online Payment Services Available:
Property Taxes - current and delinquent (excluding tax sales)
Vehicle Registration renewals
Accepted Payment Types:
- eCheck (electronic funds transfer), Discover Card, Master Card, and Visa via the internet and over-the-counter. A non-refundable Service Delivery Fee will be applied to the total due.
- Returned checks and eChecks fees are $20.00 each per IA Code Section 331.553.
Property Taxes:
- If paying by e-Check, you will be required to enter "08" followed by the receipt number (found on the stub portion of the tax statement).
- The site address listed on the website is a mailing address, not a property address for Clayton County parcels.
- Mobile Homes- Enter a "22" followed by the receipt number (ie. 22999) for mobile home payments. If paying mobile home taxes by eCheck enter 08 followed by the receipt number.
Motor Vehicle Renewals:
- You are eligible to renew online if you received a renewal notice through the US Postal Service that contains a PIN number.
- Online service is not available if the vehicle registration fees are past due, proof of SR22 insurance is required or any state debts are owed.
